Kurt Kuehnert, Tenor

Mr. Kuehnert has performed as tenor soloist in numerous concerts with the Voices in Harmony chorus, including Handel’s Messiah and Mozart’s Requiem. He has performed with the Elgin Symphony Orchestra in Handel’s Messiah, Israel in Egypt, Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass and numerous Christmas and Broadway medley concerts. Mr. Kuehnert sang the role of Mudjekeewis in the world premier of ESO conductor Robert Hanson’s oratorio, Hiawatha. He has sung with the Chicago Sunday Evening Club Chorale on WTTW-TV, and was a long-time member of the Chicago Symphony Chorus. A third generation native of Crystal Lake, he resides in Lakewood with his wife, Mary. Mr. Kuehnert is an Account Executive with Prairie Ridge Media in Crystal Lake, publishers of McHenry County Living magazine.
